Includes registered address change withing a region or to a different region. Notary is needed when changing addres to a different region. If you are changing registered address to one of our offered address, we will prepare special calculation for you!

When changing your company registered address, director or shareholder, increasing or decreasing amount of a company’s capital lor company’s name.

Company’s director change

The process od changing a company’s director is done within a General Meeting. We will organise this General Meeting and will do all necessary administration for you.

Increasing or decreasing amount of company’s capital

Icreasing or decreasing company’s capital decides a General Meeting. For this change is needed notary as well.

Company’s name change

We will make a detailed research of your new name you choose to complete succesfull change in Business register. Notary is needed when changing a company’s name.

Company accepting ZOK

This is a legal obligation for every company that was established before 2014. We will handle everything for you.
