We incorporate and manage foreign companies. Foreign companies are popular among entrepreneurs mainly for 4 reasons:
Anonymous Company Ownership
On 1 January 2014, anonymous share ownership was abolished in the Czech Republic. The Czech legal system does not offer many possibilities to those who seek to acquire shares anonymously. While bearer shares appear to be anonymous externally, i.e. they remain anonymous to the public, public servants and bailiffs have access to data on the shares owner.
The safest solution is thus to leave the Czech jurisdiction and create or buy an anonymous company abroad. Such a company can then own Czech legal entities without its owner being known.
Special Purpose Entities and Foreign Companies Taxed Lower than Czech Ones
You can choose where to be headquartered and where to declare profits, just as some of the world’s largest corporations do. We create special purpose entities for companies that want to do business more efficiently. We also incorporate entities with the sole purpose of conducting business in a given country under more favourable circumstances than the corporate income tax regime, which is in vigour in the Czech Republic.
Renowned Country of Origin, Stable Legal System
Countries, such as the UK, are popular especially thanks to their stable legal system and easy paperwork with local authorities. When dealing with foreign entities (buyers, suppliers, investors…), foreign companies appear to be trustworthier than unknown Czech s.r.o. companies.
Natural expansion to adjacent markets
Do you want to expand your business to adjacent markets? We incorporate companies and open affiliate branches in neighbouring EU countries.
