We provide the following types of legal services for our clients:

Contractual agenda 

We arrange the preparation of many different kinds of contracts, from the more frequently used (rental contracts, purchase contracts) to somewhat atypical ones (such as joint ventures contractions, investment intentions declarations, financial transaction agenda). 

Employment agenda

We arrange legal services related to the employment law - preparation of employment and management contracts, termination of employment (on the part of both employer and employee), consulting services in the matter of foreign citizens employment, including consulting services in the immigration matters.  

Acquisition

This area includes services related to the acquisitions of companies, business firms, legal audit, mergers of companies and business firms, development of a complex contractual documentation, representation in the matters related to negotiation of terms of commercial transactions, arrangement of permits and licenses from the state administration.

Litigation

We arrange representation of clients in the commercial, civil and employment disputes; in proceedings preceding the administrative courts; and in arbitration proceedings in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. 

Real estate and construction law

Negotiation and preparation of real estate contracts, preparation of proposals in the matter of real estate land registration, distribution of joint property ownership, adjustments of the marital property regime, arrangement and cancellation of rights in rem related to real estate properties (real burden, liens)

Criminal law

Defense in a particular already instituted criminal proceeding, consulting services in the matters of statutory authority responsibilities over contracts conclusion, consulting services in the matters of public orders organization, disbursement of EU funds, etc.

Tax and financial agenda

Legal actions against the decision made by tax administration authorities, drafts of the international treaties with regard to the optimal taxation, legal representation in front of the tax administration, processioning of litigation with financial and customs authorities. All legal services are provided in Czech, English and Russian language.
