What is the procedure for incorporating a company?
To send in an inquiry, simply fill in a nonbinding order or send an email to info@altaxo.cz . We will contact you in a couple of hours to discuss all the necessary steps and obtain iformation that will allow us to prepare the incorporation of your company. We will also arrange a personal appointment with you or organize your company incorporation remotely by mail. Incorporation usually takes 2 weeks.

- Manager's criminal records extract, extract from entry in the Trade Register, extract from the real estate cadastre
- Processing and completing all necessary documents and forms
- Notary's certificate of acknowledgement (memorandum of association or articles of association)
- Verifying required documents and signatures on all documents
- Registering for corporate income tax
- Duty stamps and court fees for incorporation in the Commercial Register Fee for issuing a trade licence certificate at the Trade Licence Office
