In Ostrava, we offer a virtual company headquarters in Jana Ziky Street. It is a virtual residence owned by us. We offer mail delivery by courier from the Czech Post, or by setting up a delivery service at the Czech Post.

- marking the building with the company's label according to the Trade Licensing Act
- regular collection of incoming mail (regular shipments)

How does mail work on a virtual office?
The most convenient and fastest delivery of mail to the client is by mail from the Czech Post, which automatically forwards the mail intended for the client to the address specified by him. The second option is to set up a delivery at the Czech Post. We will handle both variants for you.

What do I need to get a virtual office?
To get a virtual office you need company’s director ID; power of attorney in case the company’s director won’t be able to come in person.
You can pay in cash in our office our via bank transfer when dealing via mail.

What is included in virtual office price?
When ordering our virtual office, you will receive:
- Virtual address confirmation signed by the property owner
- Contract
- Registered office accordingly by trade licensing office conditions
- Weekly collection of delivered post, which you can pick up at our headquarters in Prague 8 every week day from 9am till 5pm.
We have another two offices you can pick your post from: Brno and Bratislava.
How does post service work?
Post collection varies depending on what virtual address you choose. We collect post each week. And you can choose from three available offices where you want to pick it up.
- In Prague: Sokolovská 131/86 - Zirkón office centier, Praha 8 - Karlín
- In Brno: Pražákova 1008/69 - AZ Tower, Brno
- In Bratislava: Gorkého 205/3, Bratislava - Staré Mesto
