A modern building built in 2009. This registered office is very popular among clients, especially thanks to the friendly approach of the Prague 9 Tax Office.
Virtual office service includes
- Property owner’s consent (bearing an officially certified signature) to place your company’s office in the premises
- Contract on granting a consent to place the office and providing additional office services
- Signalling company identification data on the property as required by the Trade Licensing Act
- Optional: Forwarding your registered mail abroad
- Optional: Forwarding your mail by email
How do I receive mail in a virtual office?
The fastest and most comfortable way of delivering your mail is by forwarding it via the Czech Post. Your mail will be automatically forwarded to an address of your choice in the Czech Republic.
★ For a small fee, we can also forward your mail to an addresse out of the Czech Republic or scan it and send it via email.
All other mail received at the virtual office will be collected once a week by one of our employees and stored in our office at Sokolovská - Zirkon office center, Praha 8. When you receive mail, we will notify you by email.

What do I need to get a virtual office?
To get a virtual office you need company’s director ID; power of attorney in case the company’s director won’t be able to come in person.
You can pay in cash in our office our via bank transfer when dealing via mail.

What is included in virtual office price?
When ordering our virtual office, you will receive:
- Virtual address confirmation signed by the property owner
- Contract
- Registered office accordingly by trade licensing office conditions
- Weekly collection of delivered post, which you can pick up at our headquarters in Prague 8 every week day from 9am till 5pm.
We have another two offices you can pick your post from: Brno and Bratislava.
How does post service work?
Post collection varies depending on what virtual address you choose. We collect post each week. And you can choose from three available offices where you want to pick it up.
- In Prague: Sokolovská 131/86 - Zirkón office centier, Praha 8 - Karlín
- In Brno: Pražákova 1008/69 - AZ Tower, Brno
- In Bratislava: Gorkého 205/3, Bratislava - Staré Mesto
