Location in the center of Brno with a new building in the Na Křence project. At the address Křenová, it is possible to set up a virtual office for us, self-employed person and also a permanent residence service. The apartment has been in our ownership since 7/2020, so it is a completely new location.
The most convenient and fastest delivery of mail to the client is by sending it from the Czech Post, which automatically forwards mail intended for the client to a pre-determined address in the Czech Republic.
Any other mail that reaches the address of the virtual office is picked up once a week. Subsequently, it is available in our office in the AZ TOWER building, Pražákova, Brno. The client is notified of the inbox by an e-mail.
For a small fee, it is possible to arrange the forwarding of mail abroad or scanning and sending by an e-mail.

To get a virtual office you need company’s director ID; power of attorney in case the company’s director won’t be able to come in person.
You can pay in cash in our office our via bank transfer when dealing via mail.

Post collection varies depending on what virtual address you choose. We collect post each week. And you can choose from three available offices where you want to pick it up.
We contact you when we receive any post for you.
You can also order our additional service to forward your post to any given address in Slovakia.
If you are staying abroad you can order our additional service scanning post. You can have it scanned and send it via email.
