Buyout of companies

We are interested in such companies (s.r.o., a.s. and SE):

• you founded the company, but the business plan was not implemented, or the company previously did business, but you no longer want to operate and manage it
• we buy out/take over VAT payers and non-payers
• the company has a clear, problem-free history, company accounting is available
• the company is free of liabilities

We will request the following documentation from you:

• certificate of debt-free status from the tax office, health insurance company, social security administration and customs office
• declaration of debt-free status from the current owner and executive (according to the law, they are liable with their assets for any discrepancies between the current state of the company and the state stated in the declaration)
• complete company accounting

The price conditions of the buyout, or the takeover of the company for a fee, are purely individual, so do not hesitate to contact us with your request, we will submit an individual offer to everyone based on the analysis.
